Located just behind one of London’s main shopping areas, Oxford Street, and very close to Marble Arch, you will find The Sportsman. This casino is part of the London Clubs International Caesar’s Entertainment Group and, as its name suggests, you will see sports related posters decorating its walls.

Drivers will find a nearby car park on Brysanston Street which offers reduced rates to casino members. The nearest underground station is Marble Arch which is a minute's walk away. Many buses also run along Oxford Street, Park Lane and the Edgeware Road to Marble Arch. Given its central location, transport to and from the main rail stations and London’s airports shouldn’t be a problem. Hotels are also plentiful and there are a number within a short walk – such as The Thistle, Marriott Park Lane and Radisson Blu.

The gaming floor features seven gaming tables, which include Blackjack, Three Card Poker, Baccarat, Pai Gow and American Roulette. There are 20 electronic gaming machines and 20 for electronic roulette. Minimum bets are £1 on Roulette, £3 on Dice, £10 on Baccarat and £5 on the other tables. Poker lovers will be disappointed, however, as the casino doesn’t offer poker cash games. The slots feature £10,000 jackpot slots and a £20,000 progressive jackpot as well as regular VIP slots parties for members. Membership is free and you will earn points every time you play, eat or drink. Experience packages and Learn to Play events are also available (see website for details).

The restaurant serves east-meets-west fusion food and you have the option of two stylish bars. Enjoy snacks or informal meals day or night as well as a selection of drinks on offer at Zaman's Bar and The Casino Bar.

Friendly

The restaurant (downstairs) serves interesting food at pretty reasonable prices (around £15 a head with a beer) and there's a quiet sports bar where you can watch a game without some drunken idiot shouting in your ear and spilling their pint down your arm, like in a normal pub.

The casino has all your normal games - blackjack, roulette, baccarat etc.. No poker though.

All in all a pretty decent place and I don't really have anything bad to say about it.
