Built on the former location of Birmingham Children's Hospital, Broadway Casino is housed in a listed building and is part of Broadway Plaza – a leisure and entertainment complex – in central Birmingham. The nearest train station is Five Ways – just over half a mile from the casino. The main station, Birmingham New Street, is one and a half miles away. Whilst there are a plethora of hotels in Birmingham city centre including the nearby Marriott, Hilton and Premier Inn, which are under half a mile away, the nearest hotel is the inexpensive Five Ways Travelodge which is located in Broadway Plaza itself.
